Both Katie and Mason chose to get ready on site, which made the morning feel calm and unhurried. Katie and her wedding party spent the morning in the main house, filled with laughter, excitement, and those special pre-ceremony moments. Meanwhile, Mason and his groomsmen got ready in one of the venue’s gorgeous cottages — a relaxed space that set the tone perfectly for the day ahead.

The sun made a glorious appearance, meaning the ceremony could take place outdoors. Guests took their seats as Mason and his groomsmen took their positions, and the atmosphere began to build. While everyone waited, Lisa Wedding Singer, a talented wedding and events singer, treated guests to beautiful live music. She also sang as Katie made her entrance, walking arm in arm with her mum — a truly emotional and unforgettable moment. Adding even more joy to the occasion, the flower girls and page boys danced their way down the aisle, instantly putting smiles on everyone’s faces.

As the day turned into evening, the celebrations continued outside. A fire pit was lit, and guests relaxed on hay bales, chatting, laughing, and soaking up the incredible atmosphere. When darkness fell, both the barn and the surrounding outdoor spaces were illuminated with twinkling lights, creating the most magical setting — warm, intimate, and full of love.

Entertainment for the evening came from Luke Flear, a fantastic country singer known for his soulful voice and ability to connect effortlessly with a crowd. Luke played and entertained guests for a couple of hours, bringing amazing energy to the barn. He also performed the song for Katie and Mason’s first dance — a truly special moment and one that will be remembered for years to come.

Once Luke finished his set, Gary from Oxford Discos took over as DJ and kept the party going. The dance floor quickly filled, with guests throwing shapes and celebrating well into the night — the perfect ending to an incredible day.
